Does anyone else have residual effects from their panic attacks? How long do yours last?

Good question my friend. Anxiety and depression are like sisters or brothers. Anxiety does not exist with depression. After an attack your immunity system drops, you feel sick, sad and depressed and in my case I am not the same for 24-48 hours and then get back to my routines again. It's the worst freaking feeling.
