View Full Version : Adjuster Complaint?

Can a formal complaint be made against a worker's comp. insurance adjuster? I know how a complaint would be made against, say, a doctor or a lawyer in a case...but an adjuster? My state has an insurance commissioner, of course, but I will have to contact them and see, as my employer is self-insured and the adjuster is an employee of theirs - not of an actual insurance company. Maybe I would file with the state's board of wc?

Yup!

Since you are already being represented by an attorney for your WC case, ask him/her for the proper precedures on how to go about it in your state.

Don't forget the attorney is working for YOU!:D

Good luck!

amy MZ MIGRAINE is right. when and if my case is settled I have multiple people who will be reported. I am very close to the end and have just opted to wait. Your situation is different. Best of luck. the WC system is horrendous .
