Hey ladies, I tested yesterday and got a BFP! I wasnt expecting it, but it happened! I had just done my first IUI last month and the wait was killing me, I've taken 3 other tests and all of them were too early to tell, one I thought it was a evaporation line or something. I hope this starts a chain of BFP :blob_fire :blob_fire :blob_fire I'm not trying to get too excited, I want to see my HCG levels and a ultrasound. I'll keep you all posted!

I had my first IUI this month also, but I really, really do not think it took - and I get to HPT test TOMORROW - but I sort of felt AF cramps this morning, so I'm not expecting much.

I got the results back from my first blood test and my HCG was a 54 and they were looking for a 50. so far Im on track. I have my blood drawn again today and will know the results tomarrow. So it should have doubled. The only syptoms that I had were a few cramps like my period was coming, I've been a little more tired that usual, and I've been a little bit irritable. But other than that I honestly didnt think I was pregnant. Wish me luck and I hope all you ladies do get your BFP soon!! :angel: :blob_fire :blob_fire

Bonitagirl we are so happy for u that is just great news.Can I ask u something u said RE likes to see 50 hcg at how many days does he like to see that #?I am asking cause I just had a chemical and RE told me they like to see 100 but thats at 14 dpo.Just curious thats all.I just felt like the # 100 at 14 dpo was a little high.Well good luck and hope those #'s just keep climbing.

Hey Mapia. I'm really sorry about the news that you got. I have been there, and it isnt easy to get that news. The nurse didnt explain too much to me, she just said that I was in the normal range. The day that I had my blood drawn was 14 days past the trigger shot and 12 days past the iui. So all I can do is hold my breath and pray that the numbers double. I forgot to answer Want2Bmom. I have been trying off and on for about 4 and a half years now. I have had 5 miscarriages, 2 of them were ectopic and they dont know why I had the others. So I am really being careful. I hope and pray that this is my time. I am on a progesterone supplement this time and I believe that it is helping.

Congratulations, I am so happy for you. I am so happy to hear that someone got a BFP, it gives me hope, I still have 9 days to go before I can test and I am going insane. Well good luck to everyone this month and heres to alot of BFP

Bonita girl, I can't imagine going through 5 miscarriages w/2 ectopic. I will share an encouraging short story. I have a co-worker who's wife has had 7 early miscarriages (oh my!) but is now carrying their ds to term & will be born in Mid-April. As you can imagine he is so excited and they are my real-life inspiration. I can't believe they didn't give up after all those times getting their hopes up - and now it's paying off. Good luck for a healthy 9 mos.

Bonitagirl, Wow that's really tough about your M/C's and ectopics. I am so glad you are taking progestrone this time and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that this little 'bugger' sticks!!!

I got the results back today from the blood draw, and the numbers more than doubled! monday was 54 and 48 hours later it was 153! I am so relieved, I will have a ultrasound on the 1st of march. Sorry this is such a quick post, I spent all day shopping and visiting a friend. I hope you all had a great Valentine's Day, lots of amore and all that good stuff :D ;)
