HI,

I have type 2. My sugars have been: fasting @100, usual post meal spike about 140 for about 3-4 weeks now. Before that they were out of control (250/350). I'm urinating approximately 15 times a day
although, I have noticed each time it's a normal amount, a normal stream, mostly pale yellow in color, and it doesn't hurt. I'm not sure any more if it's my head thinking about urinating or if it's actually my bladder needing too. Yeah, kind of paranoid about everything lately. I have no insurance so I decided to post my question before my next doctor visit. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Cesar:wave:

I would bet that your lowered sugars are as a result of reducing carbohydrate in your diet. Quite possibly, you have inherently reduced your salt intake.

Both of these dietary changes are "natural diuretics". Your body is getting rid of excess water.

Rejoice in it, it is a good thing. It will stop as your body equilabrates to its new intake parameters, which are better than the old ones.

Yes, and Yes. I cut my carbs I totally changed my eating habits and have been exercising (weight training & cardio). Thanks for your info it makes me feel a lot better, and a little less paranoid knowing that I'm not alone. Thank you.

 anyone else's comments and info is greatly appreciated. Cheeze
