I know it's the best present you ever gave to yourself to kick the evil friend, cigarette out of your life.
Thank you for being such an inspiration to us all. I'm still hanging in there...smoke free since Saturday when I slipped up and smoked that one cigarette.:mad: This is my 5th day..would've been my 8th. Maybe it was just a little rebellion thing to smoke that one but it sure made me sick..and I'm glad!:D

I have stopped nicotine for 1 month, 12 days, 18 hours, 48 minutes and 25 seconds (43 days).
I've not smoked 832 death sticks, and saved $125.01.
I've saved 2 days, 21 hours and 19 minutes of my life.
I can't wait til I get 6 months behind me. :D
