i work in the dairy dept at walmart and it requires going into the cooler numerous times,the temp is between 35 & 40 degrees.can this exposure from a cold environment make symptoms worse? ?

Cold can be an asthma trigger. It is for me. If you find those temps are starting to give you trouble, there are "cold masks" you can buy and put on for extended periods in the cooler. That should help. And always keep your rescue inhaler at hand, just in case. Good luck. :)

Or you can just tie a bandana on. That's what I do when I jog in cold weather.
