I took my son for a check up and shots. I was concerned about calming him down so I didn't get to ask the nurse. The scale when they weigh him according to my husband said 16.15. I know it means he is 16 lbs but what is the .15. Our those ounces or grams or what?

That would be ounces. So he is one ounce shy of 17 lbs.
