Guess I vanished a while...I was preoccupied with wallowing in my own self pity. I am not totally finished yet, but have actually come out to see the light of day now and then.

So, last cycle-total bust. I think sasquash is still around because my ovaries are killin'! Better do the lemon dance on her!

In any case, I sit here and wait. This is one of those few times I wish the witch would show so I could get moving for round 75 (or so it feels like)- the sequel. Got my needles, got my ovary enhancing medications, got my stomach of steel (with a few residual bruises hanging on) but gotta wait.....this IF stuff is for the birds (but they have no trouble, huh?)

I need to catch up on everything on these boards, but those of you in the 2ww...got it all crossed for you! Hoping this will be the month for everyone~!!

Yea, still around. I really have to be better about checking in on this board. It keeps me outta trouble. :)

I never got to finish the last cycle. All I got was the "you are not responding adequately, so we will just try next cycle" speech. Thanks!! Can you go ahead and attach the suction up to my belly and remove all the liquid gold medications in there still? I want a redo!! In any case, nurse said to just wait til AF and come in for another go. So, here I wait...and wait...and wait. Oh, yea, and wait. Ovaries are sore and NO sign AF in sight. Gotta love the unpredictability! Keeps me on my toes.

I am thinking about moving on from lemons...fermented grapes, in the form of an adult beverage work well. :) Still a fruit, right?

Oh Laurie!! that just stinks you had to cancle it all together. I almost had that happen this cycle and I remember feeling so frustrated!!! I wish we can make a re-do. UGH!! how I wish!! Well try those grapes perhaps they will do the trick even if the don't sting maybe the will stink it out :) LOL!!! Keep us posted and remeber let us be there when you need it ok!!! Hi Laurie just wanted to welcome u back I know we never talked before but I have heard so much about u especially from Kathy.I am so sorry about ur last cycle.IF can be such a frustrating situation.U go through the drugs,b/w and my favorite when u gotta spread them for u/s or for IUI.U have that spot light shining on it during IUI like spreading them for some stranger isent bad enough they put that spot light on where the sun dont shine.All the sudden the sun is shining on it real bright.

Well just wanted to wish u luck and stick around its nice here plus I see u have some humor and I like that.We really need upbeat people like u.Also sometimes it is nice to joke around.Anyway glad ur back hope ur here to stay.

Hey Laurie - That must be such a heartbreak that you couldn't proceed with your last cycle. So sorry you are going through all this. But finding the humor in whatever you can does make it a bit easier to handle, huh? And I am with you all the way on the fermented grapes!!!

I forgot my lemmon this morning when I had blood drawn she stuck that needle in me then was twisting around trying to find a vein I was like arent u suppose to find a vein before putting that in my arm.I never hurt so much.Then she was like oh I know I hurt u but u are so patient if it was someone else they would have yelled.I was like if it were someone else u would have had their fist in ur face.

I didn't bail on ya'll...wouldn't do that. :) As sad as my "so called life" is, I find it a necessity to actually show up for work. I gotta have some income to pay for all this "liquid gold" medication, self inflicted pain and my RE's remodeling fund. Besides, who would teach the younger generations if I wasn't here...

So, I sat here at work today (I teach high school Agriculture) and we are hatching baby chicks. Ahhh..the miracle of life...all around me!!! MY TURN!! Geez, even the chickens don't have any problems- <venting notice> much less the 14-18 year old children in my classes. Gotta admit, I am slightly jealous when they come to me and tell me... I was absent because...oops, I got pregnant. Just once, and only once, I want that "oops factor" thrown my way. I'm ready...can I have an "oops". <end of venting>

Guess I have finally figured out where my lemon trees are going....knew they kept dissappearing for a reason. We are gonna have some blind nurses running around here pretty soon. At least it gives us a little sick pleasure. :D
