I am following a diet plan that recommends eating a large breakfast (which it gave a good example for) and then a light lunch a dinner, along with two snacks. What would you consider a light meal? (calories-wise)

that will depend on gender, height, weight and bodyfat. "Light snack" can be anyhting from 100 to 400 calories, and even then, concievable more or less. Think of it this way... determine how many calories you should be taking in each day. Come up with an outline of how many calories you're putting into meals and divide the remainder into the snacks.
