My hair growth has drastically decreased in the last year, and it's also allot thinner. I stopped drinking milk about a year ago, so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I've also been drinking around a gallon of water a day.
Can drinking too much water decrease the amount of nutrients your body gets?

I would not have thought the water would have made a diff but if you are lcking in nutrients it can slow hair growth. Not heard of it wih calcium, mostly iron but it is possible If you are concerned you can have a blood test to check your levels of iron, vitamins and calcium etc
