I have been looking at androstenedione and i havent found any good in this stuff. Has anybody used it and did it work? What about some of the others like boldion, DHEA, and testtoserone boosters? Do they work or they a waste of time and money. I havent tried any and was wondering if anybody has used any these supplements and if they work or not.

Don't buy it.
Along with a testosterone increase, Andro also raises your estrogen levels as well which might produce
"Man-Breasts".

You don't want that.

Just got natural. Work Hard, Rest, and Eat Up!

It completely depends on the type of andro you are considering. Some of them are a waste of time. Others (specifically the newer varieties) can be pretty incredible. You will need to do some research on the specific types and what they can offer before buying and taking any.

Some of them like plain androstene-dione will do exactly as already posted: contribute to bodyfat. However, keep in mind that although estrogen is one cause of man-breast development, it is not very common with regular andro unless you are predisposed to it (in other words, if you already have any chest/pecs fatty accumulation to begin with). Also be aware that estrogen can be quite beneficial if you are wanting to add size. Those that don't aromatize (aromatize=convert into estrogen) typically promote lean muscle development and bodyfat loss, while those that may aromatize promote overall size. It is also important that you find the right andro for your needs. Gyno (man-breasts) can develop with continued andro use without a break. You will certainly not develop gyno if you cycle it properly. So if you use it, learn how to cycle it on and off and what types of supplements you should be taking during an off cycle. This is definitely not a supplement to take by itself without a break or without countering supplements when you go off.

It also depends on your age whether you should take it or not. Teenagers and older men shouldn't take andro unless cleared by a doctor.

Im 20 and going on to 21 in a couple of months. I talk to the lady at the local owned health food store and she told me that she sells alot of this stuff. She has people coming in with pretty good results. She has this type of andro there that has something in it to keep it from going to estrogen. It is also 60 a pop for a bottle to. Im havent planned on using it cause the side effects that it can have. Iv read differnt things about this and never understood what it all did. Thankyou for clearing it up for me.

I guess that is the way all the others work like DHEA and Bidione. I will stick with my routine with using whey protin and eating right.
