I an 18 year old male. I am 5'9 130lb. I have tried to get a 6 pack for a while but have a problem. I have done crunches and can feel the abs but can't see them. I have done a bunch of cardio and eaten well but i still have just enough flab to hide the abs. I am afraid to lose anymore weight because I think 130 is already too little. What can I do? I don't have fat anywhere else just my stomach. Anyone else have this problem.

I have that problem..but I really don't care a lot about it..im 5'8 and last I checked I weighed 122lbs...id say im up quite a bit now..cuz ive been trying to eat a lot the last few weeks..I havent checked weight in a few monthes..but anyways..im sure most of this flab is just cuz your sitting down and hunched over making it appear to be a lot..if you stand up you can see theres not as much there as you thought...if you really want abs just do a lot..and I mean a lot of crunches and other various ab excercises..make sure not to eat really unhealthy...exc. read other posts on this matter for more detail...I have been trying to gain mass...so im not working on my abs much lately..I do every so often..id much rather have a nice chest and more weight then toned abs

I recommend the complete book of abs by Kurt Brungardt, its the best for total ab development. you can get it at amazon , they have tons of reviews their also.
If you follow their progam it works FAST, or at least i saw results in about 2 weeks.
