Hello --
I just started weight lifting about 2 months ago,
and im liking the developments im starting to see,
but i was wondering, what are some good ways to go about getting a bigger thicker lower torso? My abs are hard but are pretty flat. I was wondering how you can make them bigger, and thicker? and make the sides of my torso alot wider and ticker as well?
Thanks!

Yes! Eat! ;) But also heavier ab exercises will bulk those muscles. Add resistance (weight, bands or decline) when doing ab or oblique work and that will bulk the muscles ansd thicken your midsection. Add abs to 2 or 3 of your lifting routines and I suspect results will come rather quickly.

wouldn't deadlift help that area to some degree as well? By hitting the lower back area?
