I'm wondering how to lose those last fifteen pounds, i mean i'm honestly in really good shape, but i still have about fifteen pounds until, i think i'de be my ideal shape. I workout five times a week + mostly consistening of weight training i'm 5'11 weight about 185 pounds, and i'm sixteen years old, and i was wondering if somebody could tell me a diet, to lose weight not really a diet more like a guideline, i'de go insane going on a diet. just what to avoid and what to eat. thanks

I'd say, don't diet, eat healthy but not a "diet", diets by nature are a change in eating habits that you stop after a while, and thats when all the weight comes back.
My advice, just start running/cycling/swimming/rowing it might take longer, but the weight lost will stay off. and it'll build stronger muscles.

If you are lifting a lot and want to drop some fat, you might try cutting some carbs and upping your protein to keep the muscle mass you have while getting cut. Even a relatively small shift can make a difference. Avoid french fries and pizza (I know, the "all american staples"), anything with a lot of grease or high in simple carbs. If you drink soda, just eliminating that will do wonders. And it's not as hard as it sounds. ;)
I'd also recommend throwing in a little cardio. Maybe run, jog, swim, bike, play basketball... anything to keep the heart rate up for a while, just a couple times a week.
