Hey all,

Just thought I would update. I went to work on Saturday and I started spotting heavily. The nurse I spoke to had me put on bed rest until I can be seen by the specialist. So Im stuck on my back, I shouldnt even be online, untill atleast tomarrow. They will check to see if my HCG is rising. so just wish me luck, I will try to post again in a few days.

Good luck, Bonita!! I am sorry you are having to be put on bed rest. I have read of women who bled in early pg. and nothing was wrong. I will pray for you.

I am so sorry your stuck on bed rest again!!! I really hope that the spotting stops and that all this is just a precaution for that little bundle be nice and comfortable. I am praying very hard that your HCG numbers are great :angel: :angel: :angel: :angel: I know you must be scared but just remember they are just being cautious right now ok!!! When you can keep up posted. If they put you on bed rest for too long you might have to ask DH to get you a lap top so we can keep you company ;)

I just read your thread. how are things? i am hoping you are doing ok and that the bed rest helped make things better for you. please keep us posted if you can get to a computer safely. in the meantime i'll just bite my fingernails and wait to hear back :wave:

Hi Bonita,

I hope you're OK. I too had bleeding earlier and was put to bedrest for a few days. And trust me, the bedrest really helped. Bleeding stopped and I will be going for u/s this Friday to check if there is any heartbeat.

Thank you Deluka and every one for keeping the thread going, I was about to get a lap top so I could go wireless, my little PDA phone was too difficult to post but I could read some of the post from bed ;)

But I got bad news today. The #s have been droping , so I will probably m/c sometime this week. I just hope that they can figure out what is wrong with me that I cant carry. So I hope that we (the docs and I) can move on and figure this out. At least I have a nice vacation coming up in two weeks to take my mind off it all.

How has everyone been doing?

Oh Bonita, I'm so sorry you got bad news. This really is a sucky day! I know nothing I can say will make you feel better. Please just know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. It is good that you have vacation coming up. Hopefully it will give you the relaxation and time away you need to recharge and start again. Many hugs coming your way. Bonita, I am so sorry. I can't imagine how you must be feeling. I pray that the docs can find out what is going on so that they can correct this problem for future pregnancies. I know it probably won't help, but at least you did get pg.:)

Oh Bonita!! I am so sorry for you. I just tear up thinking of it. I thought I was having a difficult day but this has to be so hard. I wish there was something they could do. have you tried acupuncture. If you havn't and are interested in learning more about it when your ready we can talk about it. I have been praying to Saint Gerard for you every day since you have been on bed rest as there is a specific prayer for a mother with child that is having difficulty. I just hope there is still time and he heard all our prayers for you. Please keep us informed and know that we are all here for you.

I'm doing fine. I was ready for this since Saturday. I am trying to staying positive, its harder I think if I just dwell on the sad stuff right now. I am really wondering if this is God's way of asking me to adopt a baby- who knows. Thank you Kathy for really praying for me. I will have to find a St. Gerard for myself to wear. Miracles do happen remember the story Holly posted yesterday a baby was borm premature and spent more time outside of the womb that the time she was supposed to stay in has survived. She is a IVF baby and you see miracles happen. I hope your little miracle can hang on. Keep us informed ok. Sending LOT's and LOT's of prayers.
