Hi everyone. This has been my first cycle taking Femara. I ovulated on Friday and my breasts started hurting on Sunday. They are very sensitive and tender. They are still hurting today. Is this a usual side effect after ovulating? Does this happen to anyone else? I know this can't be a pregnancy side effect so soon, so I am just assuming that it's from my ovulation. Any insight on this? Thanks!!!

Some people do get sore bb's after ovulation every month. I had it really obviously for the first time last month and thought it might be a good sign of pg even though it started at about 2DPO but it wasn't. Not sure why it would be some months and not others - I have it again this month but much less obviously. From other people of the boards thought they get it all the time, Meggs who used to be in TTC and is now pg had sore bb's after ovulation every month, including the month of pg so I don't think we can ever take it as a sign one way or the other. Slightly different though was when i did conceive first time I had really sore nipples only - like excrutiating :dizzy: even to shower, or put a bra on, so I know this is a sign for me and I heard others say the same.

AF is due next Friday, March 2. I am soooooo hoping that this will be our month. Thanks for your help!!
