I would like to hear from anybody who's had this test. Did you get a diagnosis? Did the diagnosis help get to the real problem with stomach pain and find a way to help? Did it really take 3 to 5 hours? They already know I am lactose intolerant...why would I drink a lactose solution? I have already been diagnosed with H. Pylori (treated and cured) and Barretts Esophagus and Acid Reflux. I've taken Nexium and Protonix, and followed the restricted diet but so far nothing has helped the burning sensation in my stomach, and the constant bloating and gas. Between this test, and the endoscopic ultrasound they hope to discover the problem.
