We can't get my follicles to grow! I am on day 14 and my largest follicle is 12.8!!! I am on 175 of Follistim twice a day and they aren't increasing though my hormone level and lining is looking good. AAAHHHH!!!!:eek: I'm seriously going nuts. My retrieval date was supposed to be today, but obviously that wasn't possible.....I'm scared they may cancel this cycle. Any advice from you wise women would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes..has RE considered increasing your dosage?? I was "supposed" to take 225 of follistim and 225 of Menupor this cycle and I am not even ant IVF. So maybe that is what you need. What has your RE said he wants to do?? good luck I really hope you don not have to cancel. I know exactly how you feel today mine is likely cancelled this month :( I will be praying that you won't have to .

With my IVF cycle (this is my first one) I will start on 225 of Follistim (but only once a day). Can they increase your dosage? How many days have you been on the injections? I hope that your cycle is not cancelled. Please keep us posted on how things progress.

My last IUI cycle i did 300IU of Follistim once a day. so maybe increasing your dose is a possibility. i sincerely hope you can salvage the cycle and have retrieval shortly. grow follies grow!

Hi Laides, thanks for your responses. I h ad another us yesterday and the follicles are still at 13,12, and 11, but my bw is at 833. My doctor called me yesterday (I usually get the nurses but he personally called me...that was so nice!!) he feels that things are still going to be ok and that we SHOULD be able to continue. He just thinks I am a late bloomer and that since my bw is drastically improving that soon enough the follicles should as well. So I guess I'll jsut have to continue to keep praying!!
