4 weeks is totally awesome! I can't even imagine being a non-smoker for 4 weeks! But hopefully, someday soon I too can say, yep, I'm a non-smoker!! Keep up the good work everyone!! What happens when I get addicted to this message board? Is there a message board for that??

YEah it has been hard but it is worth it! I looked in the mirror a second ago and noticed that my face looked a little like I had a healthier glow to it! I am sooo proud of myself right now..and I have the day off tommorrow so I am going shopping and getting a massage! =) I have to thank everyone on this board my cravings are still there but I noticed today that I wasnt thinking about it that much..I talked to a customer at my work and she said what helped her was cinnamin sticks so I am headed to the store to buy some right now!:blob_fire

Great job!! :bouncing:

I am into my 8th week of quiting now and I have gained about 10lbs and I don't feel good about the weight gain, but I know that quiting smoking is better for me and gaining weight I can always loss the weight later. I have started exercising on my tredmill I can actually do some running which I couldn't do when I was smoking becasue I would get chest pains and be out of breath but now I can actually do it and feel good so I will be loosing the weight I gained I am sure. Keep up the good work, your weight gain can be second on the list of things to make you feel better.

Deb,
You can get them in the spices at the grocery store.

Thanks Memaw!!!
It's funny - I'm starting to get "lost" on this board - forgetting where I posted questions, and where I wanted to go to respond to someone
Raise your hand if you are getting snowed upon today!

No snow down here in Florida, luckily - but I'm looking at some wicked weather on the radar. Hopefully we won't get any bad tornadoes again, like Enterprise, Alabama! Those poor people.
