I was just diagnosed with excerise induced asthma and I have been given a seretide inhaler to use before excerising. I can't put on weight from it can I? I know this might seem a stupid question but I used to know a woman with severe asthma who had an inhaler and took cortizone tablets and was really bloated from her medication

hi im on seretide for my asthma too and i havent put any weight on, i dont know if there is a chance u can but i definatly havent put any on, so fingers crossed you wont

I'm on Seretide and it causes me no problems with weight gain. I think it's the Cortizone that causes the weight gain.

It was the Cortizone tabs that caused the weight gain. I took them for UC and gain weight bigtime
