I don't want to repeat, but I had lot of unhappy times because of work. Touch wood it is not happening now.
If somebody telling me or I've heard from somebody, that one or all people at work refused to provide him/her help for whatever reason (he suppose to know that staff on the salary he is making or they are not obligated to help on the salary they are making) it causes me depression and bad mood for many days. If it pop's up in my memory it causes me same thing.
Councelors I saw can't stand work topic. I've heard from them only:
-You will have *******s any place
-You don't have any affect on people
-You see only empty part of a glass
-I wouldn't treat you like that and ask other people treat you good if I was there
-Ask for training and leave if they don't give it to you. You don't want to stay where you are not treated right.

I myself take classes for many years, good thing I have that kind of opportunity, but still it doesn't remove this kind of exiety and feeling to be terrified.
Any input is welcome.

Galinaqt, sounds like this subject is a trigger for you. It goes along with everything that a lot of us have been talking about here for a bit. To realize that you are in a good work situation now and that what happened to you is in the past. Unless, of course you think that someone could come around the corner at any minute and make your life miserable. This sounds like a boundary issue to me - that you feel that you cannot protect yourself from others.

Yes, none of us can expect job to last forever and who knows what can be next. I don't know how to fight it. Another councelor?
