Hey everyone,
National Eating Disorders Awareness Week starts tomorrow, and I think it would be a good idea for us to try setting a small goal for the week. For example, this would be the time to try getting rid of the scale or cut back on the exercising, etc.
I am going to make a conscious effort to try new foods and eat healthy each day (not eat healthy one day and restrict the next).
I hope this gets everyone thinking positively and moving forward in recovery.
