feetofclay 02-24-2007, 10:32 PM My husband is have uncontrollable hiccups. Has anyone else experienced this problem? jorama 02-24-2007, 10:38 PM A friend of mine who knows someone with lung cancer also gets hiccups after chemo. But then they subside. Does he have it all the time? When do they start? That is the only side effect that he gets after chemo, not a bad payoff compared to other people. feetofclay 02-24-2007, 10:53 PM He has only had one round of chem and two weeks of radiation so far. They last for hours at a time then they stop. This just started on Friday. He unforunately has other side effect as well. help4meyehubbie 02-26-2007, 03:31 PM my father was prescribed decadron and this caused severe hiccups that only went away when we stopped using this drug. It has some serious side effects. I hope this helps. |
