:confused: hello I am having bad shoulder pain feels like its in the joint I am 39 years old and dont remember pulling it or anything, just seem to start all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago. has anyone got ideas as to what I should do?Or what the cause is.

I'm sorry to hear you are having pain.

It could be from many things. Bursitis, tendonitis, or arthritis. It could also be referred pain from a pinched nerve in your neck. Does it hurt worse when you move it? If it's from a nerve in your neck, it will hurt regardless of how you move your arm.

Neprinol is good for inflammation. I think that Magnet therapy is also useful.

Hi Handyman,

Could you possibly have frozen shoulder? Can you move it every which way? Frozen shoulder comes from doing something (the same thing), over and over and over again!

You may have to go to your dr. and if needed he/she will send you to a specialist. I hope you get you shoulder well soon.
