Hi All

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this happening. In September last year i started taking centrum performance multivitamins, i have never eaten fruit or vegetables and was concerned that i wasnt getting all the nutrients i needed out of my diet.

Since i started taking the vitamins ive noticed my wieght slowly dropping ive lost 8lb without even trying. ive dieted in the past but i have always been hungry all the time only this time its different.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening???

Congradualtions on the weight loss. Probally what's going on is now that your body is in a healthier form your losing weight. You're getting all the nutrients your body needs. Sometimes all it takes is the right balance of vitamins.
