Hey everyone,

I want to skinny down my thighs and logically speaking runners always seem to have the thinnest thighs so I figure treadmill is great but my heart rate gets up to 180 at 4 mph (high isn't it?) very quickly and I cant go as long. On the bike I set my target heart rate at 160 and can go for 45 minutes....but will the bike not skinny my thighs out as much as the treadmill? And, is the treamill heart rate too high? What's a healthy heart rate yet a good cardio pace?

All input is greatly appreciated!
