Had a papsmear and urine test. Papsmear turned out fine but the urine test says there was some blood in it. So they sent it off for lab testing and said it is all ok normal. So now here is my question? Doctor said there is blood in it, So.. How can all be normal? Don't understand that? Please Help!!!

or a simple infection kidney. as of the present moment i wouldn't get to upset. it can be caused by lots of different minor things. just call dr for results.

No I had my period like 2 weeks later after test. My periods are normal. So it couldn't be that. At first I possibly thought the same thing. I did get results from doctor and lab after sent off and they said normal. But before they sent to lab. Doctor told me there was blood in my urine. Just confused.

I have heard that it is normal to sometimes have small amounts of blood in the urine. If the lab results were normal, and the doctor wasn't concerned, then it's probably not anything to worry about.

why didn't you ask the doctor?
