I brought a protein shake today, the type you add to whole milk. On the instructions it say's take twice a day once 2 hrs before workout a once 1 hr after workout, but i don't workout every day. Shall i still take it every day though or just the day's i workout? I workout 3/4 times a week. Also when do you reckon i will see a diff in my my muscle build?
