Well, I thought you you were supposed to eat your carbs in the morning, but I've also read that after a workout you should eat mostly protein, or is that for a weight lifting work out only? As I'm doing cardio in the morning.
Also how long after should the meal be?

u should be eating some carbs as well to replenish your glycogen stores.
