No you don't want to eat before a workout. You want to eat almost right after. If you eat before your workout then most of the blood in your system is down helping digest the food and is not being able to help out in the muscles. If you eat directly after your workout then your bodys metabolism will be higher for quite a while so then your body will be burning off extra calories and carbohydrates that your body would have just been storing anyways. Also then you replenish your muscles and body with proper nourishment from the work you just did.

I always exercise when I get up of a morning. I am currently taking Xenadrine EFX, and it keeps me energized. I usually work out 45 aerobic/dance, and then throughout the day whenever I get time, I work on my muscles. :) For some reason, whenever I work out in the mornings I don't get hungry until about 2 or 3 hours after I exercise?

I find for me, that it is best to eat after exercise. I usually wait about two hours or so.
First, when I come home after a long run, I drink lots and lots of water. So, I really don't feel hungry for a while, but then after waiting I'm ready to eat.

depends on the workout. Resistance training, I always eat before and after. For strictly cardio, only after.
