I am confused. How can I burn up the stored fat in my body? High intensity aerobics, or what? Also, for how long. I really want to get rid of fat, not just burn extra calories. Can someone please explain exactly how this works?

Thankyou :)

hey, to burn fat u gotta be exercising at an intensity that isnt too hard...which really is about 60 -80 % of your heart rate max (which happens to be 200 minus your age)... in other words exercise and still be able to have a conversation. a minimum of 30 min most days with some weight training should make that fat fly off :)

The best time to do your cardio workout is going to be in the morning when you wake up, before you eat breakfast. That way you won't be using food that you've eaten throughout the day as fuel for your body. Your bodyfat will be used as fuel. Good luck.

This happens with some people. In your casa it would be smart to have a little something just to take the edge off before you run. Everyone's different. It is agreed though that in the morning before you eat is generally better for the reasons stated elsewhere in this thread.

The excess fat will also disappear if you adjust your caloric intake, lift weights and watch the TYPE of cards that you eat.

PEACE,
