I posted this once before, but didn't get good replies...
What is a better, cardio workout? Walk/jog on the treadmill (mostly walking about 3-4 mphm. Usually burning 200-250 calories).
Or...
Tae-bo? I can do the basic 30 minute workout, but we also have the 1hr advanced tape...
Once school is over, which is very soon, I'm going to finally get off my butt and be more constructive...
These past few weeks of dieting have given me great motivation and encouragement. I only drink water now, (but not 8 glasses a day :/ ) I have cut WAY BACK on junk, and don't drink soda or juice anymore... And I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be.

I totally agree with joethejoe, you can do both they are both a great work out, a good way not to get bored and alternate between the two sound better that just doing one activity. Another thing as long as you are doing some kind of activity that will do good for you. so good luck and my best wishes.

We're all in agreement on this one. Actually, the more variety the less chance you have for the body to adapt which will lead to slowed progress.

Thank you...
How much cardio do I need to do a week to see results?
And... Do I have to do aerobic exercise more than once a day? If I do it only once, which is before breakfast, it seems that it will no good...

Cardio is something that you could theoretically do every day (while I suggest giving yourself at least one day rest) and while you will see results from once a day. those that do it twice a day (when time allows) see great results. they are raising their heart rate/metabolism twice per day instead of just once and burning even more calories. Remember, this is a game of using more calories than you take in...
