I am a 17 year old female and I want to tone up and lose at least 20 pounds this summer (from now until august). What daily exercises can I do to accomplish this? Right now, I walk about 2 miles on the treadmill(it takes about 40-50 minutes), I lift up to 50 pounds for my arms, and I do 100 crunches using the Ab Toner. Thanks for the help.

How tall are you and what do you weigh now?
How often do you work out?
Lift 50lbs with your arms,How?

What is your diet like? What is a typical day of eating like for you?
Love to help but need a little more.
