Breakfast:coffee with light cream/1 splenda, a bowl of grape nut cereal with fat free milk

Lunch: turkey sandwich on whole grain (is whole wheat better?) bread with 1 slice of cheese, little mayo

Snack-hard boiled egg and/or a few strawberries

First off, what is your current height and weight? How much do you want to lose? It seems to me that you are not consuming enough. Eating less wont always make you lose weight. It could slow your metabolism. Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day. I would incorporate some whole grain bread in your breakfast. Lunch should be smaller than breakfast and dinner should be the smallest meal of the day. There is a saying about the three meals of the day "eat like a king, a prince and a pauper" This is regarding breakfast, lunch and dinner respectively. I personally had great success in losing weight when i went on a vegan diet, which i am currently still on (4 years and counting).I lost 45lbs and i feel wonderful with this lifestlye. I know a vegan diet is not for everyone but if you want to try it out, i can be of great help to you. Another thing i would like to mention is, just because something is fat free sugar free and calorie free does not mean it wont make you gain weight. Things like artificial sweetners may be sugar free but they are man made chemical products that supress your body's metabolism and will make it much harder for you to lose weight. Your water intake is very good. When drinking water, drink only when you are thirsty and not because you want to drink 8 glasses in a day. If you do drink when you are not thirsty, you will just pee it out. You should increase your fruit and vegetable intake. I would love to help you.Post back soon

A couple quick recommendations:
Substitute fat free half and half (20 calories/ounce) for the light cream (58 calories/ounce) in your coffee.

For the sandwich (use the bread that tastes best) you can slash calories by using more turkey in place of the cheese and go very light on the mayo. A good substitute for the mayo is a couple squirts of fat free salad dressing (Kraft makes a tasty one.)

Your diet is good up until dinner and then you are in your mom's hands! :D
