Hi all,

I am very unsure what to do about my teeth. I was wondering if it is possible to have bone graft on my lower jaw as a few of my front teeth has become loose due to bone lost??? they can move about 1mm to give you some indication of how much bone is lost. i wish i could post an x-ray to explain in more detail... i would perfer to try and save my teeth with bone graft and soft tissue grafting if possible, than have dental implants...

Many Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
I know that bone grafting is available out there guy i work for has done some training in it but from what I know I think that you can only bone graft where there is no teeth. Of that i am positive about as for soft tissue grafting in the 20 years that i have been a dental nurse I havent come across this.

i was hoping this would be a good option at saving me teeth, i don't think gum grafting would be enough suport for them... back to the drawing board then. reseaching is hard and scarey work lol
