i have burning mouth and tongue and i went to oral surgeon , ENT ,general doctor ,general dentist but they did not find anything ubnormal anybody have this problem?
i can not eat or talk and i dideverything i reade online but no help.

Have you searched previous posts - I believe there were some regarding this topic a few months ago and some members may have posted some nutritional supplements they had tried although I can't recall what they were. Have you tried Biotine rinse - its made for those that suffer with dry mouth since they get the same symptoms. They also make a toothpaste and a chewing gum. I found them to be very soothing to the mouth and tongue in general. Also have you had your sugar or glucose checked (eg, diabetes) recently? Do you have a lot of dental work done - like bridges, crowns, vaneers, dentures, etc - sometimes they can cause it as well.
