I had a total earblock due to an infection, a cold I think, a month ago, but the ear block haven't really given in until just recently.
But now I hear this echoing sound from everyone and everything, except me really, in that ear.
It's not like I can hear myself, but it's the external sounds that echo.
It feels like the ear is 'tense' somehow too, but that can be my imagination.
- Anyone have a clue as to what this can be?

it could be a spasm to sound, the tense feeling could be the little muscles in the middle ear, they can react and spasm to sound.

Is that because they are stressed out or traumatized somehow?
I can imagine something like that, it was a tiresome long period of earblockage.
