Today marks 100 days smoke free. Still chewing on my Cinnamon "Tea Tree" Australian chewing sticks. These have helped me get over my cravings. Just thought I should share my milestone. Now onward for the next 100 days of being smoke free. I love being able of saying "I am a non-smoker"

Awesome job! Take a bow---you deserve it. How did you quit? If Chantix, are you off of it yet?

Actually I quit "cold turkey". I had a heart attack (I call a wake-up call) and decided that my life was worth living and no cigarette (or corporation) is going to end it prematurely.

Wow, cold turkey. You deserve a medal! I'm sorry to hear about your heart attack but it sounds like you're on the mend. You're attitude towards them (& sellers) is SUPERB! Keep it up and keep us posted.

Wow, a 100 days, that's totally awesome and very inspiring. Keep up the good job. What are you doing to keep smoke free?

Wailana - Free and Healing for Twenty Days and 11 Hours, while extending my life expectancy 17 Hours, by avoiding the use of 205 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $53.03.

What are you doing to keep smoke free?

Looking at pictures of my 2 grandchildren (grandson age 5 and granddaughter age 6) and chewing on Australian Chewing Sticks whenever I get the urge to light up (although the urges are mainly after I eat). Life is Good.

The ones I buy are flavored with cinnamon. They are very much like a toothpick made from birchwood trees and are treated with natural tea tree oil. They help relieve the stress with giving up smoking. They were recommended by a few doctors I know. I am able to order them through Amazon.

Cheers
