I have been diagnosed with Cervical Stenosis. I was looking for information regarding this situation. I have read a lot of information some good/some bad. Wondering about personal experience.

Hi Mary!! You might want to post this on the spinal disorder board. Typically more cervical people post on that board. I do have spinal stenosis of the lumbar region.....so if you have any questions. I can try to help you.
