View Full Version : inflammatory process with fever

My family doc says I have inflammatory process which includes psorisis, ulcerative colitis, OA, and now "general" inflammation.

I have been running a low grade fever in afternoon/evenings. Is this part of the inflammatory process?

Should I go to an immunologist or rheumotologist?

I am achy (that's the fever) and flare up of UC, and plantar fasciitis. I just got thru with six day course of prednisone, but it didn't work because all the symptoms are back.

I feel so bad I can't think clearly. Can someone help me process all this? ie What I need to do? What the doc needs to do. I am 60 yo. Thanks

Yes, six months ago. WNL

I just can't figure out why I have low grade fever.

What kind of specialist should I go to? I'm thinking rheumatologist. Perhaps immunologist.
