Does anyone have a strange tingly almost pins and needles type feeling in the lower gum line and teeth?
It feels like my teeth might fall out at any second. It is really uncomfortable and I have no sensation of chewing or anything in that area or even when I touch the gums or teeth I cannot feel it.
It occurs in my 'symptom cluster' ( i am working to a dx of anything at this point) I have a tingly numb waxy left arm and hand right now and its not workign properly like a carpal tunnel and reynauds cross but not really fitting either well.
I am having demyelinating diseases ruled out but have no idea what the hek is goign on wiht me an aunt has MS... hmmm
It is really bothering me today and I thought I woudl get an opinion on anyone else having this. I have been to the dentist and apparnetly everything is fine in the xrays and dental exam. I mentioned it to the neuro but I had other more pressing things so we did not really discuss it. I have another appointment soon and plan to discuss it then. But any input is much appreciated.
tthanks

Yes...I have numbing in my gums and teeth...I am as well looking for a diagnosis...I have been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia a nerve disorder that makes one side of someone's face hurt really really bad and can be accompanied by pain in the shoulder or neck or down the arm, usually on one side. However, I think, trigeminal neuralgia is almost always in the face. Not sure if your symptoms fit this or not. I am also wonder about MS as I am in so much pain sometimes that I literally begin freaking out. I have been to the ER several times this month....hope you get some answers....
