It's been sometime since I've visited the site as things are more difficult at home. I've been catching up on what everyone is chatting about and many times we ask the same questions. I can help but reflect on the one book that has continued to help me Alzheimer's Essentials; Practical Skills for Caregivers (gordea / hiller).

Many of the questions we ask here have the answers there, particularly about medications and activities anyhow Just wanted to recommend to those who haven't seen my posts last year and the year before.
