Its good that you are trying to get help. That is always the first step, to reach out. You are tired because you are expending more calories than you take in. A calorie is just a measurement that signifies what it takes to heat up water 1 degree, a calorie is energy and clearly you want more energy, so you need more calories.
My friend, there is too much you will miss out on in life, such as this vacation you are going to take, if you don't get enough energy. I have struggled for over 20 years and am now getting my life back and I see how much I missed because of lack of energy/calories. Maybe if you look at calories as your friends instead of the enemy, then it will help.
It doesn't matter how thin you get, you will never be truly happier, just thinner and probably sicker.
Be well and try to seek some help where you live (as well as these boards), maybe a sports nutritionist or counselour.
Eat and go on your trip. You will be glad you did!!!!!!
Take care,

thanks for the advice I really appreciate it, and lately ive been increasing my calorie intake and cut down the exercise but i still constatnly feel tired, walking feels like a workout in my legs. I know this isnt a fair question to ask you but do you think if i were to continue to add calories and cut back on the exercise there is any chance of feeling any better for the trip in less then a week or, am I pretty well hopeless

If your trip is less than a week away, maybe, maybe not. I was extremely tired the entire first month of my recovery. I was also extremely underweight and had been abusing my body for about 5 years straight without any forays into recovery or taking better care of myself.
You can't undo years of damage in 1 week. It's just not realistic.
You may start feeling better or just by giving your body a rest and eating more calories, but it will likely take longer than a week. Recovery can't happen overnight.
That being said--there is no reason why you shouldn't try your hardest to recover. If you don't feel better in a week and have to miss your trip, you should look at it as an opportunity to devote yourself 100% to recovery. Get a dietician (preferably one experienced in working with ED sufferers), a therapist (also preferably one who can work with ED sufferers), and a psychiatrist. Look at all the things you want to do but can't because the ED is making you miss out on life. If you recover, all that changes. I don't miss out on anything any more unless I'm sick with the flu or something like that. Recovery really is great.
Good luck!
