i was just curious if anybody else had the eyelid twitching thing. it happens to me quite a bit throughout the day and its quite annoying. i was just wondering if it could be epilepsy related or what...maybe a small seizure or something??

I used to get that a lot. But I heard it can be caused by a vitamin deficiency or something. I have no idea how true that is.

I am 19 and have only been diagnosed with epilepsy for about 6months now. Ever since the onset of my seizures I have had the eye flickering thing just before, during an episode. Not sure if this is the case with everyone though.

Hi
My 3 year old has Lennox Gastaut Syndrome a rare and brutal type of epilepsy that is difficult to control. He has a large variety of seizure types and I am not suggesting for one second that this is what you have. Its just that I very often notice his eyelids flutter and sometimes just his eyes roll back. I am not sure though if this is a side effect of using 3 medications or maybe just another type of seizure. You should get it checked out with your docs. I am sure everything will be fine. He seems to do it more when he is tired so maybe rest if the key. Hope this helps. If anyone else can share info on LGS I would be interested to talk
