hey im 17 m, ive had asthma for as long as i can remember. but recently things have changed. wen i run around and i can feel my chest tighten, i can just stop and try not to panic and things will go away. is that asthma? or is that anexiety. im not sure because it only happens when i become up set or angry. also, wen i have an attack, i tend to panic then things get worse. is that just the asthma attack becoming worse? or could that be anxiety aswell?

Hard to know without probably tests. You should see either an allergy or asthma specialist and get a peak flow test. Basically it test your wind power of your lungs. They will repeat to test a few times to see if taxing your breathing has any change on how well you can breath. I would ask for something like a treadmill test or something that closely matches the exercise level that producing the tightness in your chance and be monitored the whole time. The extreme thing would be a CT of your lungs and breathing tubes to see if there isn't anything irregular going on. Of course if it's just nerves than I wouldn't worry about that last one.
