I have been quit for 6 months 2 weeks and 3 days. My quit date was August 14, 2006. I have not smoked 4023 cigarettes!!
AND I FEEL WONDERFUL!!!! I can breathe deeply. My skin looks better. That's just two effects of not smoking. There are many more.
Smoking is no longer an option.

Aloha Memaw!
You are doing so great!!! I'm happy to hear that you're feeling so good. I look forward to my 6 months. You're an inspiration.

Wailana - Free and Healing for Twenty Three Days, 12 Hours and 17 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 19 Hours, by avoiding the use of 235 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $60.96.

Congratulations Memaw

I just know you will never ever smoke again and we are all so proud of you and inspired by you here.

Your mantra "smoking is no longer and option" is just great and I use it if things get tough but I tell it to myself with an American accent because somehow it doesn't have the same power in English English!!!

Right on, Memaw!!!

You help light the way for all of us 'round here, as much for yourself.
And I hope the rest of us can help serve people we haven't even met yet, helped by your example.

And I bet your skin doesn't just look better, you *glow* from inside!

Best Regards,
DeadFish
