Hi gain, i got 10 teeth pulled friday, and i can not wear bottom denture because the pain is soooo bad. i have noticed i have to little white sores below to areas where teeth was pulled, i got them be4 them from bad sharp teeth. i am taking 400 mg of ibuprofen but dont want to take valium. i am on enough meds for bp.
i think dentist told me i can take 600 mg of ibuprofen, cant remember.
I left my bottom denture out last nite and got some sleep! is it ok to leave it out so soon? I am going to be calling dentist monday morning. I got these dentures at affordable dentures, and they was loose from the moment they put them in, i would try to talk and they would move and make extractons bleed.
any advice??
Thank you

I hope by the time you read this you have gotten some attention from the dentist. The soreness you mentioned can be from a variety of things- namely the amount of trauma your mouth suffered when your teeth were extracted.
Leaving the denture out this soon will most likely be a problem when you try to put it back in but pain is pain. Try rinsing several times a day with warm salt water.
The looseness of the denture should be checked.
