Hiya,
Not sure if this is the right board but just thought i would write in anyways! Over the past couple of months,i have lost weight-been having stomach problems on and off for years so dr thinks it could be related to this, got a hospital appt on thursday. However, my main worry these days is my weight-it got to the point where I would weigh myself everytime I seen the scales.eventually i asked my mum to hide the scales and only weigh myself twice a week. I'm so paranoid about putting weight on as i'm sure it'll be so obvious and end up looking like i've put loads on. my BMI shows underweight but i'd happy stay this weight if it meant not looking fat.I never felt fat before but once I lost weight,so many people at work made comments that it's become so much more of an issue than it was before. It's horrible having such a negative body image and don't really have anyone to talk to about it that won't just say-you're not fat so what you worrying about? When i do weigh myself,i get so nervous in case i've put any weight on bt my weight has stayed the same for 3 weeks now, even though i think it looks like i've put weight on. It's driving me mad worrying about this but can't stop! Not really sure what i'm looking for by posting this message but just wanted to put my thoughts down anyways!! Take care everyone xx
