Hi,
Similar to several of you that have posted on here, I too am an emotional eater. I am going through an incredible amount of stress at work and lately, food is the only thing I can find comfort in. I've gained a good 10-15 lbs. Eventhough I am trying to work out more often, there are days that I'm pulling about 15 hours. So, I started to work out in the mornings before work. I also decided to try hydroxicut and I also decided to start using a product called Myoplex. One of the things they recommended is eating as many as meals a day.
Does anyone have any information they can share on any of the products mentioned above. Any ideas would be great!:dizzy:
