Hi,
Similar to several of you that have posted on here, I too am an emotional eater. I am going through an incredible amount of stress at work and lately, food is the only thing I can find comfort in. I've gained a good 10-15 lbs. Eventhough I am trying to work out more often, there are days that I'm pulling about 15 hours. So, I started to work out in the mornings before work. I also decided to try hydroxicut and I also decided to start using a product called Myoplex. One of the things they recommended is eating as many as meals a day.

Does anyone have any information they can share on any of the products mentioned above. Any ideas would be great!:dizzy:

Yes they recommend 6 meals a day.

Hydroxycut
is a very good marketing scam so save your money as no supplement on earth can make you release fat from its cells except proper diet and intense exercise. Myoplex is o.k. as a meal replacement or after workout meal. Yes i do like ''Body For Life'' program....
