um im 15 my nipples a large in the middle and are visible through my shirt its like a females nipple but only the middle part is pointy i mean i can take my fingers and toug on them wut should i do? there probly the size of a pea maby a little smaller but there defentally not normal help please and thanks for your time.

Look at them in a mirror at more than 6 feet away & see how small they are. That is how most people see them.
